Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if they are received in a damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired condition. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Request

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered herbal products cannot be returned unless they were delivered damaged or incorrectly. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging for verification.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Replacement Policy

If a product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect product, Nuevo Herbal Care will bear the return shipping cost. For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, incorrect storage, or failure to follow the recommended usage instructions.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders cancelled before they are shipped may be eligible for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy.
